3. Concordia Organizational Weekend

Gergő Lakatos officially started the Training Weekend when we arrived at the Scout park in Csobanka at 5 o'clock. We were happy to welcome countless foreign contingent learders at the meet.

We were able to talk and plan with the Slovenian, the Dutch, the Slovakian Hungarian, the Czech, the Romanian and the Serbian scout leaders. We started the fun, but hard weekend with some games to have everyone at ease. After the games, we started work right away: the main work groups met and talked about everything from supplies, logistics and finance to Wi-Fi routers. We posted a short photo report on our work on the website.

A while after midnight the Polish delegation arrived, and so everyone was present. We woke pretty early Saturday morning, so we had time for all the things to do. There was a rotating system so that all teams could meet each other and ask everything they needed to know for a half an hour each. This took up the whole morning, so we had lunch. After lunch, we divided into two groups. One half visited and looked around on the camp grounds and the other stayed in Csobanka and held a meeting about things that might have been left out that morning. So it was around 6 o'clock by the time we were able to have dinner.
The official program ended at eight that evening, but most of us stayed to play games and chat.

The next activity will be the Test day in March, so we won't be bored until then!

Gergő Lakatos said the following about the weekend:

Our numbers were the biggest so far this weekend (about 60 people); the contingent leaders had fun and we made a good impression, I think. We can also say that the ConCordia server is done and we're getting more effective, since the structure of the camp is developing more and more.
